GYMSYNC: SURGE

We spent Saturday with our good friends at CrossFit Twenty Three as they brought their A-Game for the GymSync Surge event 🔥

It was BUZZING!!

The CF23 community showed up and gave everything.

APRIL SALES TIP

CONVERSIONS HAPPEN IN CONVERSATIONS

There are more barriers and excuses in the way of having person to person conversations than ever before. Examples: "Just text me a link", "Can you send this on email?", "Can you WhatsApp me your class times?" etc...

It might seem like the easiest option to give into these requests, but we all know where this usually leads... silence!

You might see these messages as evidence that "no one wants to talk on the phone". It's actually evidence that people are busy, lazy, apprehensive or putting off taking action on their fitness. It's YOUR JOB to help them past this, and a bit of pro-active human connection could be all that's missing.

TIP: No matter if it's an email, text or WhatsApp, you should ALWAYS be aiming for a call. Change your first response from simply dishing out information to "happy to help, do you have 10 mins for a quick call?" and watch your conversion levels rise, and your frustration level drop!
